everyone seems to be from the States which is not a problem but would be nice to have some friends from UK. come and say hey :) i just started this week and hoping that this works for me. x

    I am from Wiltshire,
    It's not the time zones that confuse me it's the clothes sizes - I never know if people say a size 12 (for example) if that's American or English sizes (I would love to be a UK size 12)
    I have been on MFP since January, I find everyone friendly and supportive wherever they live. Good luck with your lifestyle change (cos it's not a diet really) and feel free to add me if you like

    I am in Oxfordshire, I have been here for about 2 month and went back to the gym 6 weeks before that, I lost 10lbs by just using the gym the remainder has gone with the help from here and logging my food.

    If you would like a male motivator/supporter then feel free to add me. If you add a little note so I know what I am letting myself in for, no I mean what you are aiming for so I can help that bit more :-)
