I put on a pair of size 12 pants today and they fit in a flattering way and buttoned easily. :) I started out EMTWL 8 weeks ago with a two week break in the middle for vacation, so I'm pretty thrilled. And I'm doing NROLFW so my weight has maintained over the last six weeks and I'm still shrinking. Hooray!

My macros so far are nearly perfect. I always just end up a little heavier on the carbs than I should be, but right now I'm at 38/31/31. Just a small victory, since I feel like it's kind of hard to get that perfect balance. :)
