Time of day
I have been working through the program since mid-June and had reached week 7 when I went back to work teaching. We start our day with students at 7:45 and end at 2:!5........of course I am NEVER out of there before 3:00, most days is around 3:30 or 4:00. W5D3
I DID IT!!! Of course, I was going REALLY slow (3.5 mph pace approx.)......but still, I DID IT! Feels SO good. Now I'm taking the next 3 days off to recover (sort of forced into it due to vacation and the weekend)......then on Monday it's on to week 6! :bigsmile: I feel like I'm on top of the world right now!

Decision to repeat week 3
After completing W4D1 on Monday and getting a horrendous headache and slight dizziness i have decided to go back to week 3 for today's run and Friday's run. While doing so I am really going to focus on making sure that I drink enough water throughout the day..............then I will try back at week 4 next week.

Headache and dizziness.....am I the only one?
Just completed W4D1. So proud of myself for getting through those 5 minute stretches! The only thing is about 1/2 way through I started to get a headache. Pushed on through and completed the run. W2D1
Just completed W2D1. I am so glad that I went this morning, rather than waiting for this afternoon........it's going to be 96 for a high temp here today! I felt great most of the time............every once in awhile I had pain in my shins, so I just slowed it down and it went away. Bring on day 2 on Wednesday!
