Done making excuses!
I joined MFP almost 7 yrs ago, and lost 80 lbs in 11 months (242-162). Over the next 6 years, I’ve slowly gained back about 50 lbs, and the sad part is, I never stopped logging, so I have a pretty good diary of my slow failure. I’m not giving myself a timetable to get the weight back off, I just want to focus on getting…

Trying to get back on track
5 years ago, I lost 80lbs (247 to 162) in about 10 months & MFP was a huge help. Over the past 4 years, I’ve slowly gained about half of the weight back & I’m struggling to get back on track. I’ve never stopped logging my meals, but have just become less & less disciplined. Just looking for motivation on here & similar…

Having a hard time getting back on track

I've never stopped logging, but am having a tough time staying disciplined, with my food & activity. Would appreciate any feedback from others who've gone through the same thing. Feel free to add me to your friends list as…

Getting back on track
I lost 81 lbs about 3 yrs ago (from 243 to 162), and have continued logging ever since, but over the past 18 months I've slowly gained back about 15. I recently turned 40 & got fed up with being overweight.…

Finally off Prilosec!
Have been on Prilosec for just over 10 years, with my dosage increasing from 20mg all the way to 80mg daily as my weight got worse. Well, this is my 1st week off after reducing my dosage over the past few months. This was one of the many reasons I wanted to lose weight & feeling really good about finally accomplishing…

Eat This, Not That
I know these books have been around a while now, but just wanted to say how much the books & website have helped me. I travel a lot for work & it can be really hard to make good food decisions when you're eating out. I love their daily emails, they always have great info & help keep me motivated. It's crazy how many…

Need to get some activity in my news feed :)
I've been using mfp for a little over 2 months & am looking to add some friends & get some activity going in my news feed. I've lost 33 lbs so far & working on losing another 40-45. Currently working with 1,500 calories a day & I log everything. Feel free to add me & to check out my food diary. Thanks!
