5 years ago, I lost 80lbs (247 to 162) in about 10 months & MFP was a huge help. Over the past 4 years, I’ve slowly gained about half of the weight back & I’m struggling to get back on track. I’ve never stopped logging my meals, but have just become less & less disciplined. Just looking for motivation on here & similar stories from other people. If you went through something similar, how did you get back on track? Thanks, Ed

I stopped going on and off track, relying on discipline and motivation, and started to build sustainable habits instead.

I am not going off track because I don't like starting over. 🌟 I want a new lifestyle not be on a diet for the rest of my life. You cannot go back to what you are doing if you want the weight to stay off. You can eat a little more once you reached your goal weight but not a whole lot.

Did you search for "going off track" and resurrect every zombie post you could find?
