Getting back on track

I lost 81 lbs about 3 yrs ago (from 243 to 162), and have continued logging ever since, but over the past 18 months I've slowly gained back about 15. One of the things I've noticed is that, when I was losing weight, I always logged before I ate, and more recently I got into the bad habit of logging after meals. Looking for feedback from other people who fell off a little bit & successfully got back on track. What worked for you?

I hear ya. I was up a few over the top end of my "range" and futzed around for a few weeks - logging everything and just not being up for a deficit by the end of the day (tho re-discovered maintenance lol). I went to 16:8 for a few weeks and that was all it took for me to be able to put in a small deficit and see the scale weight drop (albeit slowly). Nothing magic about 16:8 beyond eating between noon and 8 and being satisfied with less.0
