The Scoobys workshop calculator has been removed. Anyone know another good one? A Google search didn't find anything that seemed very accurate in comparison to the numbers his always gave me. Thanks in advance.

Too many protein bars?
Is there such a thing as having too many protein bars? I feel like I've been eating a lot of them lately. I know some are better than others. I try to steer clear of ones involving soy or sugar alcohols and go for ones with whey protein and lower sugar. Is it possible to have too much of a good thing?

I just bought the Orville Redenbacher's Pop Up Bowl popcorn and am confused as heck about how to measure it. The nutritionals say 210 calories etc per 11 cups popped (50 g.)
