Pop Up Bowl Popcorn measurements

I just bought the Orville Redenbacher's Pop Up Bowl popcorn and am confused as heck about how to measure it. The nutritionals say 210 calories etc per 11 cups popped (50 g.) But each bowl/bag is listed as 70g. Is the weight they give in the nutritionals pre-popped or post-popped you think? Cause that would make each bag a serving and a half. Ugh I hate when companies do that. God forbid they could have just said "per bag."
