Calorie deficit calculator

The Scoobys workshop calculator has been removed. Anyone know another good one? A Google search didn't find anything that seemed very accurate in comparison to the numbers his always gave me. Thanks in advance.

Sailrabbit allows you to see results from a range of studies.
It's activity and exercise descriptors are also more granular than many TDEE calulators.

But if you have been logging food intake and tracking your weight for a while then using your own numbers will give you a number corrected for your own personal levels of food and exercise logging inaccuracies.

The losertown calculator has always worked for me. But it might be more simplistic than other calculators. If all else fails you can look up the formulas the calculators use and put them in excel or some other spreadsheet program. Nobody can take that down.

Another good option - arguably better than Sailrabbit, which I also think is good - is MFP user @heybales' "Just TDEE Please" spreadsheet calculator, available at this link:

You can make your own copy, keep it locally, so no one can take it away. (He has occasionally done helpful updates to that master copy, though.)
