I am looking for people who have lost over 200 pounds to add to my friend list. I have currently lost 158 pounds with about 77 pounds to go. I'm curious to see if there is some commonalities between us and what they are.

Eating whole and healthy
I'd like to add some new friends that believe the key to weight loss is by eating real food, whole and healthy and not starve yourself. People who believe nutrition doesn't come in the form of a protein shake but a real well balanced meal.
