Eating whole and healthy

I'd like to add some new friends that believe the key to weight loss is by eating real food, whole and healthy and not starve yourself. People who believe nutrition doesn't come in the form of a protein shake but a real well balanced meal.

    I personally believe in 80% hard science and 20% broscience but your on the right track the honest truth...you used protein powder as an example is that most powders are not complete proteins and most people would benefit equally well from drinking skim milk which is a complete protein in place of shakes but the thing is its too well ingrained in the culture to ever really see it go, that being said despite having that knowledge myself I still love shakes, it feels good and its like a treat for doing hard work so why not, but ultimately you are correct, good job, and good luck in all things
