Is this normal? My muscles are always sore. I do an intense boxercise class 3 times a week, and I've just started the C25K on alternate days. Even when I wasn't doing the C25K, I was always sore. Sodium and Sugar totals
I'm wondering if anyone else is having a hard time balancing the end totals on mfp. According to the preset totals, my sodium intake should be 2500 for the day (sounds like WAY too high!), and sugar is 27 for the day. I just filled in my breakfast and snacks, and sugar is in the red already. Any suggestions??
