Always sore!

Is this normal? My muscles are always sore. I do an intense boxercise class 3 times a week, and I've just started the C25K on alternate days.
Even when I wasn't doing the C25K, I was always sore. I'm getting a little tired of aching everywhere.
I take warm epsom salt baths after exercise, but I just don't know what else to do!

    Personally - warm baths make me more sore. Yes - epsom salt is supposed to help reduce that BUT for post workout soreness, cold is actually more effective!

    Yes it's normal. Are you getting enough protein(1g per lb body weight)?

    Could be an nutritional deficiency.
    Could be excessive stress (e.g. work, life, kids, etc.).
    Could be a lack of quality sleep.

    You shouldn't be constantly sore from a 3x/week aerobics class, unless you just started it.
