When math and logic fail (weight gain)
Over the last 4 weeks, I created a 10,970 calorie deficit. At 3500 calories/pound, I should have lost 3.13 by the end of the 4-week period. I gained 3 pounds. Diet Buddy - Hold me accountable.
Since September I have been running 15-20 miles per week at a sub 10 minute pace. I've GAINED 8 pounds. What?! How?
