Bigger than when I started.

Started counting calories/exercising right after Christmas. I'm doing the 30-Day Shred everyday, running 4 times per week as part of a 10K training program, and keeping my calories in check.

The scale says I've lost 5 pounds.

I tried to put on a pair of jeans this morning, which I wore comfortably on Christmas day, and I couldn't get them over my butt. I'm bigger than when I started.

Totally demoralizing.

  • Try to take it as an achievement: you now have at least a bit firmer butt than on Christmas :wink:
