Diet Buddy - Hold me accountable.

Since September I have been running 15-20 miles per week at a sub 10 minute pace.
I've GAINED 8 pounds.
What?! How?
Because I've also been stuffing my face with Halloween candy and pumpkin beer nonstop since September.
Halloween's over and I'd like to lose most of those 8 pounds in the 3 weeks between now and Thanksgiving. I've sworn off candy and beer, but I'm pretty terrible about holding myself accountable. I'm hoping that someone in a similar situation (I'm an early-30's gal with 25 total pounds left to lose) wouldn't mind yelling at me once or twice a day just to help me stick with it through November?

you can do it! Halloween is OVER so avoid that candy! its not worth it! What will you do Today to work some of that off? Anything from a full-on workout to taking the stairs a few extra times at work, depending on your situation, it all helps!!!!
