The longer I am binge free, the stronger I am
When I went almost 2 weeks binge free, I felt like I was in charge. Each day I woke up feeling confident that I would stay within allotted calories... the urges slowly felt smaller and weak, I was able to kick butt. Now, I've slipped into the spiral of binges once again. I had 2 binge days, then Sunday wasn't a binge... I…

MFP calculated deficit - exercise calories matter?
OKAY. If I keep my net calories at 1,000-1,200 And MyFitnessPal already calculated my decifit... does it matter if I burn 200 or 800 in a day? I mean, I eat back all my exercise calories like they said I am allowed to. So would burning 800 one day make me lose more weight per month than burning 200 per day would? Exp 1:…

Binge eating. 2 steps foward; 1 step back
I keep on binging, it sort of goes like this: 3-5 great days, eating within calories + exercising well then 1-2 bad days of binging and skipping workouts, being lazy. I know if I keep having these binges I will just stay at the same weight. I'm trying to stop, it just seems hard. Any one else struggle with binge eating? I…
