Fat/calorie absorption
Ok so this might be tmi BUT... I randomly just got diarrhea for reasons unknown to me (I think I have IBS because it's usually either diarrhea or constipation) and I was wondering if calories are absorbed when one has diarrhea or not. Should I eat something to get my calories back up? Am I missing out on nutrients?

ok, so I pretty much reached my goal weight and I am happy with everything except for this stupid tiny pooch on my stomach, it's not a huge deal but i really just want a completely flat stomach. upper abs stick out...really weird
So I have hit my goal weight and am finally happy with my stomach, but I noticed that my upper abs stick out over my lower abs....they aren't defined too much into "packs" it just looks like 1 big ab...kinda weird...and I dont know how to either tone it up more or flatten it. So I upped my calories and I've maintained my weight....and all of a sudden I gained 2 lbs overnight and then an additional pound the next day...im not really sure what is going on. I did eat a little more than usual the night before I gained the 2 lbs but I dont understand why it keeps going up by large increments.

How do I get more protein?!
I want to up my protein intake but I don't really know how. I'm having a hard time getting close to my goal g of protein. I'm not sure how else to get protein besides just eating loads of chicken or yogurt. any ideas?

Lowering carb count?
I've heard from various people that as long as you stay in a reasonable calorie range and just reduce carbs and increase protein and fat that you will lose weight...is this true for everyone or at all?

My Abs Won't Show!
I do some form of exercise 5-6 days a week and weigh 110.2 lbs and I am 5'7. (I know that sounds really gross and skinny but I have a very narrow frame). My abs won't show and I still have a little bit of pooch that never goes away...ever. Also, whenever I eat, my stomach puffs out a lot. Am I just weak?
