How do you eat this much? And am i doing this right?
so i am 34, 5'4, hovering around 137-140 pounds. From fitnessfrog (right?) my TDEE is 1900, cut rate is 1615. My BMR is 1385. What is a massage equivalent to?
Hi everyone, i'm new here. i'm a massage therapist, i do 2 - 4 massages every work day, it's exhausting and physical and hard work... but it's not like you know, a cardio workout or whatever. When i'm trying to sort out my daily activity... how do i account for that, any ideas? 1 hour massage = 30 minutes of yoga? 1 hour…
