Okay, so I love smoothies. And this one is my new favorite. It is a great substitute for something sweet and bad! This is something sweet and only 200 calories! Blend together 6 ice cubes, 8 oz plain or vanilla yogurt, 1 cup pineapple chunks :love: DELICIOUS!!!

Do you think it is bad to eat "bad" foods (i.e. ice cream, cookies, candy) if you still stay within your calorie limit for the day?
