Averaging 300 aprx burned calories per day.
on most days I am getting 60 mins in but I am only burning 300 aprx calories, today I did notice I walked faster at the beginning of my walk but had to slow down. If I am only burning 300 calories on average will I lose any weight.? I also do a seated abs workout that I found on youtube. I am limited to how much/ time…

Bike riding to lose weight
can anyone please recommend how much daily biking I should do to lose about 1-2 lbs a week, Also would love to hear stories from others who bike ride to lose weight. Thank You:)

I got hit on during my walk...lol
okay it was by a scraggly old hippie and ask me if I wanted to smoke some dope...He said I saw you walk by and had to come say hi to you and tell you your very good looking/or something like that( gee thanks) I told him I was married and I think drugs are for idiots...and I kept on walking...but I kind of smiled to myself…

Not sure how to log this in my food diary...
How would I log this in my food diary?...meat from a chicken leg, about 6-8 snow peas and about 6-8 medium sizes mushrooms all sauteed in about a tablespoon of butter and pepper..it tasted really good too...:) Thanks for any help:) Wanda

Is it even possible to lose 2 lbs in about 4 days?
I went down 2 lbs in about 4 days...but I wasn't eating much but still getting some exercise in...though before that I was eating pretty good, also when you look in my diary I haven't been logging my drinks...I am going to start doing that...but how do you log a splash of milk in your coffee?? :)

My very first weigh in...
I lost 4 pounds....I received bathroom scale for free off of Amazon and a pedometer...and I stepped on the scale...I am 160 now...so much closer to my goal weight... I am super happy and proud...I just had to tell you all:)

I have been walking an average of 60 mins since May 18th and today I went for my walk and my lower back was killing me, I wanted to do a straight 60 mins...but it turned in to 35 mins...I usually do 2 sets of 30 mins each day. is there anything I can do so my back is not so sore when I go for my walks.? How Can I Burn More Calories?
I am limited to what I can do...so walking and seated abs workout is what I do...I do 12 mins of seated abs workout and 60 mins of walking a day but I am only burning 300(aprx) calories.
