Hello everyone, nice to be here:) I'm having fun tracking my food and exercise.
My question is..I want to walk 60 minutes a day but I have to do it in sets of 30 minutes...will it still have the same affect..thank you,

In terms of endurance 1 long walk is better but in terms of weightloss two bursts of shorter activity is actually better than one long one. steph0 -
Yes it'll be the same. What matters is at the end of the day what you ate . Calories in and calories out0
