New Here and Already liking the site

A friend referred me to myfitnesspal and I am so happy to be here, I love the layout of the site, how I can track what I eat, my exercises and just chat about my goals and yes my downfalls.
So I will start with my down fall...I am a night -time eater...I eat everything from healthy to not so healthy foods..I have tried to eat few small meals through out the day but no matter if I eat or not..Im still munching away and I know it's bad for me.
For my exercise..because I have COPD I have decided to start of with walking...I just started today and my goal is to start off walking 2x's a day -30 mins each walk.
I am hoping to loose 10 lbs before my birthday on June 15th, my goal is to go from 161 lbs to 125lbs.
So if you have any advice for me, I will gladly listen:), thank you
