Is it even possible to lose 2 lbs in about 4 days?

I went down 2 lbs in about 4 days...but I wasn't eating much but still getting some exercise in...though before that I was eating pretty good, also when you look in my diary I haven't been logging my drinks...I am going to start doing that...but how do you log a splash of milk in your coffee?? :)

    if you live alone you could log how much milk you drink in a day or a week, or perhaps sit the coffee on an accurate scale then pour in the milk and see how much is added.

    You can lose the 2 lbs but it won't be 2 lbs of fat. You'll get there if you keep trying but it will be a slower process.

    Yes, you can. I often lose 2-3 lbs in the first few days of a new diet, so I think it must be bloating, water retention or something like that causing it. It usually settles into a more gradual pattern after that. There are a lot of calories in drinks though, I use a 30ml measuring cup for my milk in tea. Good luck
