vitamins and supplements?
I am a 29 year old woman. I take my 1 multi- vitamin a day. I take 1 Bioavailable calcium supplement ( but the bottle says take 4 times a day) and I take Omega-3 1 time a day. The only thing is the calcium seems excessive. I get dairy during the day. So do I really need to take 4 or am I okay with taking the 1 a day? Thank…

food before early morning workout?
I go to gym at six in the morning. I have hypothyroid (slow) so I take my pill then on the way I eat a string cheese. But I am not loving the fat grams. What do you eat before a workout? When I get home I eat breakfast. Then go to work. I just need some new ideas. Things that are not high in calories.
