vitamins and supplements?

I am a 29 year old woman. I take my 1 multi- vitamin a day. I take 1 Bioavailable calcium supplement ( but the bottle says take 4 times a day) and I take Omega-3 1 time a day. The only thing is the calcium seems excessive. I get dairy during the day. So do I really need to take 4 or am I okay with taking the 1 a day? Thank you for your help:)
