Ok, I need some menu advice
I am looking at clearing out our freezer, and I found a lovely beef roast to cook up. Starting today...

Hello :) I recently got a HRM and used it last night for the first time. I did the treadmill for 1 hour and a 5 min cooldown. I averaged about 3.7 mph and and incline between 0 and 5.
