Squat question?????
Is squatting with 30 pounds enough to see results? I've been squatting for about 3 weeks now,I started with 20 pounds but felt it wasn't enough so I added on 10 more pounds I've been doing them 5x a week 3 sets of 20 reps and 3 sets of 10 reps jumping squats. I want to build some booty lol so am I doing this right?? Btw…

hi all...well i just started doing squats but i heard you really don't gain much of a booty unless you use weights? well i can't afford a gym membership nor do i have the time to go,so i was just wondering what can i use? i only have 3 and 5 pound dumbbells? i heard thats not enough weight! what can i do?

ok so i'm on day 17 of the 3o day shred and i took my measurements and weight after 2 weeks of doing it and i've lost nothing!!?? however people have said they see a difference in me. i'm not dieting while doing this program,could this be the problem?

i'm just curious.... how many of you carry pepper spray while running/walking/jogging/biking.........why? i was attacked by a bum that's my reason lol it may sound funny but better safe than sorry!!

jogging without stopping/shinsplints
i go for a jog 6 days a week, i just started jogging again after a month of just power walking due to shin splints.I always find myself getting tired and walk for a bit then jog again i jog more than i walk but i'm worried that if i don't take a break and walk i might get shin splints again,although my shins don't hurt…
