I've been seeing a lot of posts for Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, etc. on here, and I know there is a game console for her....any recommendations?

Feeling so hungry right now, I feel nauseated!
I went over my calories by 97, but exercised so now have a surplus of 400+, I certainly don't want to eat that much, but I am SO hungry right now I actually feel a little sick (I don't know how to explain it...not sick that I don't want to eat, but sick that I need to eat something!) suggestions?

Zumba - how to measure it
I don't see zumba under the cardio exercises. Anyone else know what to measure this under?

C25K - how to count it?
I just started C25K today (just finished my first day 30 minutes ago)...how do I count it on here? I used walking, moderate (waking dog) because of the mixture of walking/running and that I'm just starting so even my running is not all that fast.
