Is sweet~n~low a "no no" on a low carb diet? I only use 2 packets in my tea once a day. Your thoughts?
Has anyone tried the low carb taco soup that is on Pinterest? OMG it is SO good. I just can't figure out how many carbs in a serving. So I have about 2 cups worth that I brought today for lunch. Has anyone tried this, if so how many carbs would you say?
So I thought that berries were ok eat in small portions. I don't like blueberries so I have about a cup of halved strawberries I brought to work as a snack but when I go to log the net carbs I see anything from 4-11 carbs. So I am back on LCHF this week. Doing really good with staying at 20 carbs a day. It's been a rough week and I know you're not supposed to have any alcohol the first 2 weeks but do you think as long as I mixed with a zero carb soda it would be ok??? Thoughts?
