Already lost lbs!!
I don´t know what happened but I stepped on the scale this morning and I had actually already lost 4.5lbs!! How about that? Anyone else already seeing progress? I sure hope this is not just some bluff and all will be back to normal by next week.

How to count calories lost while strength training?
Hi I'm kinda new to this thing and I was trying to put in my strength training in the exercise diary. I only did like 7min of warm up this morning and then I did some strength exercises for like 45 min maybe (sit ups, knee bends etc.) How do I log those and the calories they cost me?

When breastfeeding?
MyFitnessPal tells me that I should eat 1200 calories a day to reach my goals. Can anyone tell me how much I should add to that due to the fact that I am breastfeeding?
