Hi
I'm kinda new to this thing and I was trying to put in my strength training in the exercise diary. I only did like 7min of warm up this morning and then I did some strength exercises for like 45 min maybe (sit ups, knee bends etc.) How do I log those and the calories they cost me?

Look up strength training under cardiovascular exercise. It doesn't burn very many calories but you should log it anyway.0

true, I wear a HRM when I do my bootcamp strength training and it does not burn a lot calories - but is very beneficial in building muscles so you burn fat all day long----keep up the great work.0

Interesting responses. I burn an average of 600 calories on my resistance workouts. It does burn a lot of calories plus it builds muscle which is your metabolism. To much cardio burnes muscle which slows your metabolism. A balanced routine is doing both.0
