"What did I even eat today??"
:) That is me today. I had a two light meals with a few small snacks in between - I have only 500 calories left but am like "What did I even eat?" I guess there was alot of cheese in my day. Looking to do a run to get burn some calories but I guess I am having a light dinner tonight as well!

Left over calories - should i eat them?
So -- I have 614 Calories Remaining but I am not really hungry. I also haven't been losing as quickly as I would like. Should I just go to sleep or find some healthy calories to get rid of the remainders?
