I've seen people say they burned 1,000 calories for an hour of Zumba. That's impossible. Plus, an hour long zumba class includes warm up and warm downs. You need to RUN 10/mph for an hour to burn that.

Switch some of your grains with quinoa. Packed with protein. I also use Nutritional Yeast which has B-vitamins and proteins. I sprinkle it into eggs, sauces, whatever. It makes sauces thicker too.

It doesn't look like you're really eating many vegetables lots of carbs and meat. I am 95% vegetarian and poop like a rockstar. For lunch, I usually have an enormous salad with all sorts of stuff thrown in: broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, cuke, avocado, whatever there is. It is important to get that roughage.

"Lose your DNA?" Is that a term for puking? I love it. Rum & Coke for me. Guaro - which is this rum like liquor in Costa Rica. After a long night of shots, I spent the rest of the day in a hammock eating fruit and chugging water, not a bad way to spend vacation but still felt like hell.

Thank you everyone! I chugged water and remembered I had some baby carrots in the fridge. Got the crunchiness, sweetness and vitamins. I will look into this BMR thing.

I saw a photo of myself on a trip to Costa Rica in a bathing suit where I thought I looked great, young and fun but my weight seemed to add 5 years.

I also recommend exercise. I had a bagel yesterday which I thought was going to ruin me but then worked it out at the gym before dinner so I could relax and enjoy my meal!

Ceviche is so great. It is pretty healthy and packed with protein. Mhmmm... Also, instead of a margarita, why not get a gin, vodka or tequila gimlet. it's just the booze, lime juice and soda water. Still yummy lime flavor without all the sugar!
