I am seriously considering the high end Fitbit, but a lot of my exercise comes from working and riding my horses. Will the Fitbit capture my movement from riding?

Less than 1 lb. from goal and my HTW ratio is bad???
I am 51 y/o, 5'4" and at 125.8 with a goal of 125. My measurements are 24/29.5/37. The Livestrong hip to waist ratio puts me in the HIGH RISK category. I have very little "fat" on my waist. Mid-Morning Snack...almonds or yogurt?
1 oz. of almonds or a light yoplait yogurt? One has a lot of fat (albeit good fat)...the other has a lot of sugar, but good stuff for the gut.
