How does weight work day to day?
I weighed myself on Sunday 27th mid morning and was over the moon to find if lost 3.5kg. I then weighed myself again on Wednesday 30th to remind myself of the number to log here on MFP and it was still the same. I'm annoyed at myself
I am absolutely thrilled to be pregnant, I'll say that first but feel very foolish for getting pregnant before reaching a healthy weight! I had read up on cerrazette and how people struggled to get pregnant for a while after stopping taking it. In our case, we stopped taking it to soon. How am I still so naive and stupid…

How have you made the arm exercises tougher?
Hello! I am just on day 8 of 30dos but have always had an issue with the arm exercises! I want them to ache like my thighs did but I get nothing!! I have increased weights, I don't ease on the contraction with the chest fly. Front raises sure as hell kill me during but nothing after!! I don't mean to sound like a masochist…

Bruising..
Is it common to have lots of little bruises appear when you first start working out? I'm getting them everywhere, arms, legs, back (lower back & shoulder blades) I guess my body is far from used to this much exertion :-)
