Bruising..

Is it common to have lots of little bruises appear when you first start working out? I'm getting them everywhere, arms, legs, back (lower back & shoulder blades)
I guess my body is far from used to this much exertion :-)

    For me, Yes!! I've been getting them since really upping
    my workouts. I have no idea when I get them but when
    shaving in the tub or getting ready for bed, there they are.
