Help for Night Shift worker
I am a RN and I work night shift 7p-7am. I usually get home and get to sleep by 9am until 3 or 4pm. I do work at least 3-4 nights a week. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to incorporate an exercise regimen and diet into this schedule? Also I have been considering the 21 day fix. Can anyone give me any suggestions…
