Flabby and out of shape

Hi everyone, I am in need of Motivation. I can't seem to get myself back on track to do any exercising. I started back with my weight loss journey in January and lost 35 lbs. but I am disgusted with the way my body looks and feels now. I hate how my skin is loose and saggy on my arms and my thighs and my stomach. I don't want to get undressed ever! Does anyone else feel like this and how did you solve this problem? If I could I would go and have liposuctioning and then possibly plastic surgery to remove all this FLAB!!!!!!! Ugh! I hate it. :noway: :mad: :angry:

    Lifting weights has really really helped me firm up, in just the 9 weeks I have done it.
