how to track
Hi, can anyone tell me how to track these workouts under exercise? I think I am going to alternate between Banish Fat and No More Trouble Zone. Are they in there under exercise or do I have to just put them in as 40 min of cardio or something else? How do you do it? Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone, It has been 1 year since i started working out again in earnest. I did 2 rounds of P90x that whipped me into shape (no more back fat) and I just finished Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I look much better naked, my clothes fit me nicer and I have lost inches, but I am barely losing any weight. I don't know…
