New have a question

Hi everyone I'm new here (just joined yesterday). I'm looking to lose 10-15 lbs and would love love love to look like my avatar (that's not me she is pure motivation). Anyway, I'm doing some of Jillian Michael's videos and I'm unsure how to track them under fitness. Has anyone done them before and successfully tracked? They are interval training so I'm not sure if 40 min cardio would be accurate. Thanks in advance for any tips in that. I posted this question in one of the Jillian Michael's groups but haven't got any response. I'm hoping someone here on the general boards has good advice about that.

I am also looking for friends to motivate me. This fitnesspal app is on my phone so I'm a daily checker and I'm good for a little pep talk or blog reading. Looking forward to getting to know you while losing weight, gaining strength, health, and vitality through this process!

    I log 30-day Shred as circuit training.

    Thank you so much! I am doing boost your metabolism and no more trouble zone both 40-45 min. They are similar to 30DS just longer. I wasn't sure if the workouts are in here or if I would have to log as something else. I tried logging as interval but nothing came up. So circuit training it is, this is great thanks!
