current: 130lb, need: 120lb, wish: 115lb

Hello everyone,

It has been 1 year since i started working out again in earnest. I did 2 rounds of P90x that whipped me into shape (no more back fat) and I just finished Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I look much better naked, my clothes fit me nicer and I have lost inches, but I am barely losing any weight. I don't know if it because i am in a normal BMI range or what. I am 5'4" but I am on the small-med frame so 130 is really too much for me. 120lb is normal and 115lb with muscles look excellent. I've got a few more Jillian Michael's videos to do (LOVED 30 day shred so much) and I'm starting couch to 5k to see what happens. I came here mostly to track my calories and to see what is working for others like me. So I don't know if anyone reads these, but thanks for listening that is my story.

ETA: oh and that is not me in the pic! I'd love to look like that! It is just meant to inspire me.

    I am also having trouble breaking the 130 mark. I'm 5'6 and have 21% body fat but would like to be smaller. Some bodies just fight for it, I guess.
