Super cold Weather Santa Run - how to dress - help!!
Predicted temp for tomorrow's Santa Hustle is 17 degrees feels like 7 - yikes! I am trying to figure out what to wear - don't want to be to cold or to hot. It's along Lake Michigan so maybe it will be even colder? Any dressing tips from my cold weather sport friends? I've never run in colder than 20 degrees.

Wrist HRM
I am looking at purchasing a heart rate monitor, HRM, and do not want one that wraps around my chest. I heard there are monitors that work just as well for your wrist - I want one that counts calories you burn. Any suggestions or advice are welcome!

Whole Grain Pasta vs. Regular
I was told whole grain pasta is better for you. I am reading the labels & whole grain pasta actually has .5 grams more fat. The only difference I am seeing is whole grain pasta has more fiber? Is it worth switching over?

Zumba Calories
According to the Internet Zumba community they say you burn 600-1000 per Zumba hour depending on your fitness level. Can anyone verify this? I enter it in MFPal as high impact aerobics - which gives me 327 calories.

HRM (Heart Rate Monitor)
I am having an issue with using the MFP exercise gauge when it comes to burning calories. How do you know you are burning the calories the exercise says it burns? Should I invest in a HRM? Which HRM's are best for your $? If you burn more or less than the exercise says you do - how do you record it on MFP?
