Zumba Calories

According to the Internet Zumba community they say you burn 600-1000 per Zumba hour depending on your fitness level. Can anyone verify this? I enter it in MFPal as high impact aerobics - which gives me 327 calories.

    My boss is a zumba instructor she said almost the same 800-1000 an hour. Probably has to do with how intense the hour
    Is. Lol I love zumba just started within the past year. Feel wonderful afterwards. But I just use what if in mfp also.
