How did I gain weight??????
Ok so Someone tell me if this is normal.......I just weighed myself and the scale said I gained 3 lbs!!!! My clothes fit me looser and I think I look a little different... I am soooo depressed nd ready to give up!!!

wierd feeling about weight
I have a very wierd thing happening. Since I have started the MPF and have lost a little weight, I feel heavier than ever. What is going on? Am I just more aware of my fat now? Please Help!!!

Do you adjust your body weight once you start losing weight...example: If you lose 10 pounds do you adjust your body weight which in turn adjusts your calorie intake?

Does anyone have exercises that you can do at home using household items as weights? I cannot afford a gym membership at this time. I do Zumba online,,,but I also need strength training. Thanks
