I have a huge problem with bloating and swelling even though I watch my salt intake. It runs in the family.. Is diurex bad to take on a daily basis?

I have the same issue. Someone suggested WaterEx to me. It is sold at GNC and is an all natural product that you can take on a daily basis. I started taking it and drinking more water and although it did seem to help me pass water more easily and not hold on to it, I did notice that I stopped "going number two". For me personally, I'd rather stay regular in the number two area than peeing more often because not going to the bathroom causes me more bloating that the water issue.

However, I am extremely sensitive when it comes to staying regular, so if this isn't an issue for you I would try waterex! Just make sure you drink lots and lots of water to keep things flowing :)

I can't answer your question, I'd never heard of that product before, but if it were me I would see my doctor. They can give you an RX for a diuretic you can pick up cheap in generic from the pharmacy.

Best of luck, swelling is a pain!
