Hit Plateau (I think!!!!!)

Okay so I have started a new job and have gotten more cardio and strenghth training than ever... so why didnt I lose a pound this week. Any ideas?

open up your diary for best results.
what is your diet like(content, calories, macros). Are you averaging 1 lb per week before? What has changed besides the job?
Weight loss is not like clockwork, someone on here has said. Give it time. If its honestly not fast enough then maybe step up your game.0 -
well, the first week I lost 4 pounds then the 2nd 2lbs and the third 2.lbs.. not eating as much as befoe but with the heat it is difficult for me.. Also I retain crazy amounts of water especially in summer... not sure why... I was thinking about throwing in a protein shake in the PM after work. What do ya think>0

I don't think a protein shake will do anything for you as far as weight loss goes unless you are using it as a meal replacement for something that is more calorie dense, and or less nutrient rich.
Water helps, make sure you get enough of that. Are you staying under MFP calories still? Are you eating a lot of processed stuff or things with a lot of sodium in it? Just some ideas.0 -
I am totally under my calories, drinking a ton of water,,, I think I need to eat more protien rich foods and try to meet all of my requirements for the day!!0
