I just got done exrercising and am starving.... any ideas for protein snacks? I will be eating dinner later.

    Cottage Cheese, protein bars, eggs, tuna, chicken, peanut butter...to name a few.

    Chocolate milk usually holds me over after a workout until the next meal.

    After your exercise, it's much better to have carbs than protein. I would suggest a recovery drink like Accelerade or the P90X Results and Recovery formula. The recovery drink has the proper 4:1 carb to protein ratio, so you're giving your body exactly what it needs to rehydrate and recover from the workout. The carbs will also help ensure that your muscles begin to repair more quickly, so it will speed up your recovery as well. If you don't have a recovery drink, I highly recommend you get one.
