I need advice. I get so frustrated every time I start my period and I see the scale go the wrong way. Is it possible to lose during your period? What do you recommend to keep the pounds off? 30 day shred question
I am on day #4 of 30 day shred. For those of you that have done this workout....do you recommend I do it every day or every other? Is it most effective to let the muscles rest for a day or keep pushing thru it every day? Thanks for any advice

No more BP med!
I went to see the doctor yesterday....and he said that after my 85 pound weight loss...my BP was awesome and HR was probably even too low. I am now weaning off of my Toprol xl and if all goes well.....I will no longer have to take my BP med! One of my first large goals will be accomplished!

Calories burned?
HI, I have been slowly starting to work out, and I am not sure how accurate the calories burned estimates are on here. When I ride the recumbent bike for 20 minutes it will say I only burned like 70 cals, but when I put it in to MFP...it says like 299 cals burned. Anyone know how accurate the estimates are?
