Keto Fat Choices
i'm just starting keto and would love some friends who's diaries i can pick for food choices to meet the high fat/lower protein macros. I have no problem keeping my carbs down but i'm really struggling with keeping my proteins low and still getting my fat high. Suggestions??

Best way to track your calories burned? Fitbit?
I do core boot camp 4x a week and run the other 3. Some research on the internet tells me that I should log my boot camp sessions as circuit training in MFP. I LOVE pepper! I also LOVE spicy food. I used to love salt, but learned about sodium,retention, etc. so I don't add salt to anything and I watch my sodium level like a hawk in MFP.. Scared to Eat at Daily Calorie Level!
My calorie goal is 1,200. I started dieting when I was 148. I am now 120. I would like to lose another 5 or so. In the two months I've been using MFP, I have lost 16 of those pounds.
